Participation in the WorldCard Points Redemption Programme is subject to the following terms and conditions and to the Membership Terms & Conditions.

條款及細則

  1. 禮品換領申請一經處理, 恕不接受更改、轉換、取消及退回,所扣除之環通咭積分將不獲發還。

  2. 若積分不夠兌換禮品,該次換領申請將不被接納。

  3. 如兌換禮品缺貨,兌換積分將不會被扣除。

  4. 個別商户之環通咭積分,將不能調配累積或轉換,亦不能合併使用或合併累積積分。

  5. 本公司有權不接納任何存疑之積分數據或資料不全的禮品換領申請。

  6. 換領之禮品 (包括: 精品、優惠劵及現金劵) 均受其列明之條款及細則約束,本公司概不負責一切有關商户所提供之產品及服務質素。

  7. 禮品換領申請一經遞交,表示申請者同意接受一切有關換領禮品所列明的條款及細則,本公司概不負責一切有關禮品之損毀或遺失的賠償或退款之責任。

  8. 如選擇以郵寄方式收取禮品,將多收取 2000 積分作為郵費。如禮品在郵寄過程有遺失、損壞,環通咭將不負任何責任。會員可選擇於星期一至五,辦工時間親身上環通咭領取。

  9. 如有任何爭議,環通咭 (香港) 有限公司及個別商户保留最終決定權。

Terms & Conditions

  1. No amendments, reversal, cancellation and return of any application of Gift Redemption will be accepted once under processing. Deducted WorldCard Point (WP) will not be restored.

  2. Insufficient WorldCard Point (WP) for Gift Redemption will not be accepted.

  3. No WorldCard Point (WP) will be deducted in case of shortage of gifts.

  4. Individual Co-Brand WorldCard (WP) cannot be transferred for accumulation or exchanged, or integrated for transaction, or integrated for accumulation of WorldCard Point (WP).

  5. The Company takes the right to reject any application of Gift Redemption upon any suspicious WorldCard Point (WP) or incomplete information provided.

  6. Gift Redemption (including : Premium, Discount Coupon & Cash Coupon) will be governed by the stated terms and conditions, The Company will not be responsible for any issues related to quality of products and services provided.

  7. Application of Gift Redemption once submitted, it is deemed that the Member agrees to accept all the terms and conditions related to redeemed Gift(s), The Company will not be responsible for any compensation or refund due to damage or loss.

  8. Vouchers will be sent by post to member with 2000 WP as postage; however, WorldCard nor any of it's Officers would NOT be responsible for any voucher(s) lost / damaged during the delivery process. Members can also choose to self-collect the  voucher(s) at WorldCard Hong Kong office during office hours on Monday to Friday.

  9. In case of any dispute, WorldCard (Hong Kong) Ltd and individual merchant reserve the right of final decision.
