No amendments, reversal,
cancellation and return of any application of Gift Redemption will
be accepted once under processing. Deducted WorldCard Point (WP)
will not be restored.

Insufficient WorldCard
Point (WP) for Gift Redemption will not be accepted.

No WorldCard Point (WP)
will be deducted in case of shortage of gifts.

Individual Co-Brand
WorldCard (WP) cannot be transferred for accumulation or exchanged,
or integrated for transaction, or integrated for accumulation of
WorldCard Point (WP).

The Company takes the
right to reject any application of Gift Redemption upon any
suspicious WorldCard Point (WP) or incomplete information provided.

Gift Redemption (including
: Premium, Discount Coupon & Cash Coupon) will be governed by the
stated terms and conditions, The Company will not be responsible for
any issues related to quality of products and services provided.

Application of Gift
Redemption once submitted, it is deemed that the Member agrees to
accept all the terms and conditions related to redeemed Gift(s), The
Company will not be responsible for any compensation or refund due
to damage or loss.

Vouchers will be sent by
post to member with 2000 WP as postage; however, WorldCard nor any of
it's Officers would NOT be responsible for any voucher(s) lost /
damaged during the delivery process. Members can also choose to
self-collect the voucher(s) at WorldCard Hong Kong office
during office hours on Monday to Friday.

In case of any dispute,
WorldCard (Hong Kong) Ltd and individual merchant reserve the right
of final decision.
