Participation in the WorldCard Points Redemption Programme is subject to the following terms and conditions and to the Membership Terms & Conditions.

1. All WorldCard (including Co-Brand and Principal / Supplementary Genting WorldCard) membership must be valid to be eligible to redeem for voucher(s).

2. In any event of circumstances, WorldCard reserves the right to revised the terms and conditions, value of the redemption or substitute and / or replace any of the merchandise / voucher(s) listed at any time without prior notice. All items are available while stocks last.

3. Voucher(s) redeemed are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

4. WorldCard Singapore reserves the right at its absolute discretion, to withdraw from time to time, the programme totally or to vary any of the terms and conditions herein at any time without notice.

5. Vouchers will be sent by post to member with 30 WP as postage; however, WorldCard nor any of it's Officers would NOT be responsible for any voucher(s) lost / damaged during the delivery process. Members can also choose to self-collect the movie voucher(s) at WorldCard Singapore office located at 9 Penang Road #13-10 during office hours on Monday to Friday.

6. WorldCard Points will be deducted upon processing of the redemption process.

7. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of vouchers from the date of submission of the request if 'Delivery to Residential Address' is selected. The delivery of the voucher(s) shall be made to the address furnished by the members during redemption, not necessary the same per WorldCard's record.

8. The voucher(s) are valid for use until the date specified on the voucher(s) are valid for use until the date specified on the voucher(s). If the voucher(s) remain unused after this date, it will totally lapse and will not be replaced. The use of the voucher(s) are subject to the terms and conditions contained therein.

9. The voucher(s) valid for use only at participating merchants under the redemption programme and only for the specific matters mentioned therein.

10. The member shall not hold WorldCard liable for any of the products and services indicated in the vouchers/cards redeemed on this website. WorldCard and their employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage however caused in the purchase and use of the redeemed items nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, the modification or cancellation of the product or service by the company offering it. If the member had requested for the voucher/card to be mailed to them, WorldCard shall not be responsible for the safe delivery of the voucher/card to the member’s hands and the member shall have no case for recompense if the item is lost in the post.

11. WorldCard Singapore reserves the right to reject any redemption submitted online with no reason given.
